Origin of Products

All ZALONE orders are shipped directly from our international warehouses, primarily located in China.

Real Delivery Time

Delivery may take 5 to 20 days, depending on international logistics, customs clearance, and local postal services.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Any shorter delivery estimates shown on the website are illustrative only and used for promotional purposes.
The official and valid delivery timeframe is up to 60 days.

Tracking information is provided via email as soon as the order is processed.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns (7-Day Period)

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We cannot accept returns for intimate items, cosmetics, food, or personalized products.

Refund for Change of Mind

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Refund applies only to the product value (shipping costs are non-refundable).

🔁 Dissatisfaction Returns

If you are not satisfied with your ZALONE product, you may request a return under the conditions below:

💰 Operational Fee

For dissatisfaction returns, 30% of the paid amount will be retained to cover operational and handling costs.

The refund will correspond to the remaining 70%, once the process is completed.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • If required, we may request the return of the item

In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by ZALONE
  • You may choose a replacement, exchange, or a full refund, including shipping

  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Defective or incorrect items: ZALONE covers the return shipping cost

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
